Redemption Guidelines

For Workshops:
• Message us to book your preferred workshop schedule.
• If the class fee is higher than your gift card amount, you may pay the balance upon booking.
• Slots are subject to availability.

For Ceramic Pieces / In-Store Purchases
• Present your digital or physical gift card at checkout as proof of value.
• If the purchase exceeds the gift card amount, the remaining balance can be paid in-store.

Physical Gift Card:
• To request a physical gift card, message us directly.

Terms & Conditions

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash.
• Valid only for in-studio workshops and ceramic pieces.
• Fully transferable to another person.
• Redeemable until June 2026.
